Heads Up

In 2026, I am shifting my full-time attention toward building a new enterprise software company. To support good strategic decision-making, I am using the month of April to reorient myself in the rapidly changing environment.

Since I only have two eyes and 24-hour days, I want to compare notes with others who are pursuing the same goal. Together, I expect that we can better understand our situation and navigate it more effectively. The name of this survey discussion group is Heads Up, and we will meet on Zoom for one hour during each week of April.

I do not want to waste time, so I will select participants carefully. Hopefully, the result is a group of people who provide meaningful insight to one another in an important moment.
